Under the direct guidance of Carlos Salguero, CS3 Investments CEO, each participant did a deep-dive inspection, identifying opportunities and ways of analyzing properties. The content was focused on the precise technical details and critical information that define a successful multi-million dollar deal. After an intensive financial analysis session the message was clear: Success in real estate is built on mastery of the details.
